Vaal Skills (hoping this is in the right forum :D)

Question, I know the GGG guys are busy working on Act 4 which do not get me wrong, I am SUPPPERRRRR hyped for. Tho I was wondering when/if new vaal skills will be implemented into the game?

Yet again, I understand they have a limited team and Act 4 is huge, not complaining, just asking.
I WANT MY VAAL FIRESTORM GUIZZZZ! :)

Pretty sure I saw someone asking in yesterday news thread.

Maybe they will answer it.
