Cast on Melee Kill build help

So I've been playing for over a year, but this is my first time actually creating my own build. I was thinking in a hybrid build,using any elemental attack with a spell of the same element linked with CoMK (like Static Strike + Arc or Glacial Hammer + Glacial Cascade.) I put together a generic tree with no specific elemental nodes, meant for use with a staff. I'd like to get some feedback on the build, or tips about the itemization and skill gems.

Hey, I'm currently playing a Statick strike + comk arc build and it's going really well.

After testing the cast on death righteous fire linking, and after it got nerved.


I was wondering if you can link cast on melee kill to a summon spectre, to boost its spell damage, after it got summoned, without a melee kill.
