With the many changes to difficulty and monster damage, wearing a chest piece like this isn't even that powerful anymore. You need extreme mitigation, including either a 2000 armor/evade chest or something OP like Lightning Coil. The sad fact is, Kaom's is little more than an RF novelty these days. I sold mine for a clean 200ex and I am super glad I did.
