WORK IN PROGRESS :) I will upgrade my gear as I go along.

Current gear costs about 8ex, considerably cheaper than 6 link volls or low life. If you go cold damage instead it will be more like 4-5ex (Invitation is 25c instead of 4ex)

once I pass 80+ I will consider going EB and running a mid level AA.

Key to the lack of need for the Volls Protector is 2% leech with 45% spell dodge and 82%+ Res to the chosen dmg type.

This build can EASILY be switched to any other dmg type. Just pick the gems, and get the correct invitation, and add that leech to your wand.

I have run it with Ice Spear and Arctic Breath and it was hugely effective, but I love Arc so I am sticking with Lightning for now.

I levelled with no quality Freezing Pulse in a Tabula Rasa, Proj Speed, Cast Speed, Added Lightning, LMP, Life Leech

Surprising effetcive. I switched to CoC at level 59, using Tabula Rasa. I was running 67 maps at level 61, with easy easy speed clear.

Currently running 70's with ease, need about another 700 HP to move to 75s, will prgress over next 10 levels.

After ripping my lightning CoC char live on Raiz's stream (just showing him the build effectiveness with 400 ping lol, I'm from Singapore, just said I'm gonna die and then.. RIP to Chaos Congealed Blood)

I have rebuilt the char, this time going more traditional with Cold Damage (cos Invitation Belt MUCH cheaper for cold)

I can confirm it works well with Cold, Ice Spear and Arctic Breath of course. Now running Ice Spear and Cold Snap, which is even better! :)

Stupidly effective.

Gear cost about 8 ex total. I'm only level 69 and running 73/74 maps with ease, the DPS is totally insane. Leech covers Reflect with ease.

I am going to try the Ondars build suggestion, but I wont get that until about lvl 80, need to get to 5k life first.

what an epic build! i like that you use eva to your advantage. i think single target shouldn't be a significant problem either. i wonder, what your tool tips on arc or ball lightning?

overall, it looks foolproof. you're right, though, i would say it's not a beginner guide. are you able to handle ele reflect okay with 2% leech (maybe more, that's all i see) ?

Yes Ele Reflect is no problem at all, the 45% spell dodge and 80+% res to Lightning takes care of it. I dont even notice ele reflect packs.

I will make a youtube video soon to show its effectiveness, it tears single targets apart, and its pack killing is also pretty sweet. The beauty is unlike other CoC builds it can be done for more like 8-10 ex not 25ex.

Tabula is fine if you have high life on your other pieces, but my ring helm and gloves all have mediocre life, so I need that extra HP/ES for now

I am running 74 maps now at level 72 with 4.1k life. The dps is huge, and gem level only 17s

Even single target dies v quick, only abaxoth bosses are any real trouble, I use flasks.

I guess the build would be even more tanky with a 6L , tho 182% life on such a low lvl tree is already pretty good for CoC I suppose.

He's got in-depth explanations and maths stuff on the attack speed and barrage. Apparently, more isn't always better since the 1.3 CoC nerf.
By the way, since you aren't using any offensive uniques (Rat's nest, Maligaro's) - do you fell like you don't need the additional crit/dps?
I'm tempted to run at least 1 of those, but then again with just a tabula I probably should stick to high HP rares xD
