+3 to Socketed Gem (Nerfed?)

Yup, they are very rare now. Very expensive, esp if additional mods are good.

I have found quite a few of these since 1.2.

I found +3 ice and lightning staves on standard and a +3 fire staff on torment. I've also found a +3 fire one hander and two +3 melee items.

Note that by "found" I mean had the item drop for me directly OR bought from a master's shop.
