You really might want to try Flame Surge for single target damage. It has been mentioned before and turned down - I don't know why. Flame Surge has exceptionally high base damage and offers the unique mechanic of an additional "50% more"-multiplier for enemies standing in your Righteous Fire. (It works, I made a build around RF and Flame Surge to specifically exploit this.)
Assuming you'd socket Flame Surge + Conc. Effect + whatever in your Doon Cuebiyari we'd be looking at some damage similar to (I'm being conservative with my assumptions here):

Flame Surge base damage at level 20 (average): 650
Applicable multiplicators: 60% Righteous Fire, 50% Conc. Effect, 50% ignited enemies
Increased Spell damage: 66% increased fire/elemental damage from tree, 75% increased spell damage from tree, 160% increased spell damage for 800 strength via Doon's Iron Will support

Final damage per hit: 650 * (1 + 0.66 + 0.75 + 1.60) * 1.6 * 1.5 * 1.5 = 650 * 3.01 * 1.6 * 1.5 * 1.5 = 650 * 10.836 = 7043.4 raw damage per hit!

If you now take your cast speed / spell echo into consideration you'll end up with some serious damage.
Base cast time: 0.8s -> 1/0.8s = 1.25 /s
Increased cast speed: 30% from tree, 15% from Doon Cuebiyari

Modified cast time: 1.25 /s * (1 + 0.45) = 1.8125 /s -> 0.55s cast time
DPS: 7043.4 DpH * 1.8125 Hps = 12766 Dps

with spell echo (level 20):
69% more cast speed, 10% less damage
Cast time: 1.25 /s * (1 + 0.45) * 1.69 = 3.0631
DPS: 7043.4 * 0.9 * 3.0631 = 19417.33

That's quite impressive for a 3/4-link, I'd say. On my RF Flame Surge toon, I can reach about 22k DPS on a 5-link...
Maybe I'll give this build a shot in the new league, once it's there... ;)

i could probably put flame surge in my doon since i dont have anything in there right now and give it a try... not sure exactly what 2 supports to link it to though but it could help with bosses or higher health elites
