Question about phys damage mods on weapons

OK, so i've noticed some weapons have a phys damage roll over 200%, but on the poe mod site it doesn't go above 169%. Is it that the mod site is out of date or is there something i'm missing?

Those items have two mods. %IPD and the hybrid %IPD/accuracy mods combine into a single IPD stat.
