how do i delete all the voices from PoE?

i have a really weird computer, i can play any game on max graphics and run fine, but when a character talks or a dialogue comes up, there is a bit of a delay for it to load it. sometimes .5 sec sometimes 2 sec. i have already accepted the fact that i have to quit this game because it just caused my very first HC death at lvl 71. but maybe i can still play if there was a way to remove ALL voices and monster sounds from the game.

Try turning all volume sliders down to 0.
