some advice

I have been writing stories for the Off Topic forum for sometime now and I learned something from that I think most of you who post here should know.

Don't expect much feedback.

Probably the best way to judge your impact is in the number of viewings. But few will take the time and actually reply to your work.

Keep posting by all means! Many of us enjoy your effort, but the majority will be lurkers that will never post themselves or give critical feedback.

Just learn to accept that and keeping doing what you love.
