Overpowered Bleed Monsters

I know you can stop it with flasks. But the Bleed damage is so severe and fast you can barely even react to it. Monsters that can do this much dmg so quick should at minimum only be found in Maps.

Don't move when bleeding - it makes it deal 5x damage.
