Customize friend list

I would love to be able to customize my friend list. I always tend to remember a person by the character he adds me as not his account and it's so annoying not knowing who one person is when he's on another character. It's also annoying to have all these random people from trades that you don't remember if i could sort them in a list i could just put my irl friends in one list mapping friends in one list traders in one list it would be so awesome.

The whole social system could use a serious retooling, if only to include a bunch of handy bells and whistles.

Still think you should fix this

Imagine what we had to deal with before they added the ability to add notes...

I DECLINE every unknown/trade friend invite. I ADD A NOTE to every person I have on my friend list.

Not perfect but gets the job done.
