discharge SB ES templar v2.1

i didn't test it because i am low level now. this build may be changed.
feature : shock, lightning, shield block chance, energy shield, immune to chaos, elemental damage.
skills : lightning strike, tempest shield (i think i must not use tempest shield or lightning strike because lightning strike is melee skill. tempest shield is spell. but other shield spell skill's damage is increased by weapon elemental damage gem. this makes me confused as hell. anyway i am using tempest shield.)
i want to try life rengen skills becuz i have skill "life regen converts to ES regen".

give me any advice.

ok i changed many things because i saw many problems when i got high level..
the problem was that i fail to attack too many times with lightning strike. i can't even attack when mobs attack me. lighting strike is melee attack. anyway i really don't like this skill anymore. several projectiles are so stupid and i can't even attack(people called it stun. whatever.. i don't have skill points to get "the immune to stun"). i know lightning strike is strong. it is just not for me..
i changed melee to wand. i use life siphon. i spent skill points on burning damage, shock except ice freeze.
endurance, power, frenzy charges (it is easy to get power charge. it is right next to other passive skill).
i will not kill the bandits in Merciless to get charges.
still i don't know this build will work or not. i will go leveling..

i want to use claw for life leech (ES leech). but i can't use power charge with claw.
if i use claw, i will use double strike for life leech and rejuvenation totem. maybe i must not use discharge. and i must use frenzy for attack speed. claw build seems much easier than discharge. i will try claw build with my witch later.
