Can carrion queen specters chain or fork?

My raise spectre gem is linked to gmp and chain. However, while I watch my carrion queens attack, it doesn't look like their attacks chain at all. It just looks like they explode on impact. Am I just not seeing it or do they really not work with chain? And how about fork?

They can't. They use a ground-targeted attack so even though it's a projectile it can't fork, chain or pierce.
