I don't think that you need those. Kinetic Blast is only used to trigger CoC, so basically one mob is enough. Using Arc and Cold Snap with CoC you already reach out to the whole screen and even beyond it, so I can't see why you would need Kinetic Blast to pierce.

most im portant is a wand with
highest crit as possible +10%
next important statts are spelldmg/spellcrit/crit multiplier

attackspeed isnt bad aswell but right now i dont have enough mana to spam kb more then 2 or three times till i need to wait to regen the mana again

I purchased Maligaro's Restraint for this build. If you're gonna go glass cannon, might as well try taking it to the next level right? The graphic effect is sick so I'm using it while leveling. (preview of effect: http://i.imgur.com/rWSN3Qi.png ) Anyway, it's 15% more movespeed.

Next will be Devoto's Devotion. Yes it's not optimal for this build, but it's a decent all 'round helm, it's 20% more movespeed.

Then we'll see. Will try to reach +200% ms with 70% quicksilver flasks.

dunno if devotion is that great .. u miss the 75% crit of rats nest :> for 10 movespeed?

It's 20% movespeed, not 10%

And yes I know, it will probably be just an experiment, but it will be fun nonetheless.

its 10% cause rats also gives 10 .. so u only get 10% more ..
