No Blessing Fond

Hey,
when leveling a character i realized, that my hideout is missing the blessing fond. so i invited Elreon(level 3), but he hadnt had the option to claim the crfating tool, so i typed this /claim... stuff, but i didnt get it either. Nt sure what to do now, am i missing something here?

Type "/claim_crafting_benches" in chat and the bench will appear in your hideout stash. If it does not appear, is not already in your hideout, and has been claimed then I would e-mail support.

Edit: For Justin Case, you access your hideout stash by clicking on the edit hideout button.
