Curse on hit-gloves and manual casting?

So i have been using these gloves

and i was wondering what happens when i self-cast Vulnerability and then use Puncture?

Does Vulnerability still effect the bleeding part of Puncture when the target's curse has changed to Temp.Chains?

What happens if i curse the target that have already been hit by Puncture/Temp.Chains with Vulnerability? No effect for the bleed, just Temp.Chains-->Vulnerability?

I'm a little confused with this... :D

this is what will happen:

1) Vulnerability will have effect on initial puncture hit, then it will be changed to temp chains
2) Now the target has temp chains thus the bleed will be affected by its "effects expire slower" mod
3) If you now curse the target again with Vulnerability, then it will take increased DoT damage, and the bleed effect will continue at its normal speed

how about taking Whispers of doom passive or Doedres ring to benefit from both?

I can't use other rings, this character uses 2xAndvarius and because of that needs high-res amulet.

I must keep Vaaling decent gloves(for Temp.Chains) and amulets..
