Is there any promotion in PoE that gives you free points?

As i really need about 6 more stash space slots. I was laid off of work about 3 months ago. I'm getting ready to move so all the money i had saved is going towards that.

Nope, never was and probably never will. There are discounts and bonus points if you buy certain packs, but no points for free.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
