Two questions i need to know

When you put the Artic Armorur gem in the vertex does the 50% reduced mana cost modifier apply to AA's additional mana movement burn? i have 200 mana regen with AA in the vertex and i am still degening on the move. Also when is The Cloak of Defiance getting its own 3D art? it looks beastly yet it has a regular Lacqured garb skin =/

Arctic armor doesn't have mana cost or reservation, it has mana drain.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
