Question on Doryani's Invitation

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place, but heres my quick question: Will a lightning Doryani's Invitation increase the damage discharge does with power charges? Thanks in advanced.

Yes, my discharger uses a % inc lightning damage necklace and it does increase lightning damage done by discharge (which is based on power charges).

Of course, discharge with power charges does regular [spell, lightning, AoE] damage, you an boost it with any of those.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.
