whats the difference between then apart from obviously phys and ele damage
also can anyone link a guide to a good one with a budget of 15ex only build i have never tried on this game and now i want to try it. | |

The difference is that a decent physical wand is crazy expensive! Go elemental with Piscator's Vigil as your weapon. Check out this build:

No leech always worries me too, but he swears by that build (I think the idea is that you kill things so quickly it doesn't matter). Anyway, that was just an example of how to spec an elemental wand build. You can skip energy shield altogether and go life if it makes you feel better.

The difference is that phys wanding is one of the most expensive builds in the game to do right (it's power reflects that though) - I'm not sure if elemental can be done well on your budget but there's probably some budget guides around to look at. +1 Shavs Project -----> /1075009

An elemental wander is just a budget physical wander. That already implies that it isn't as good as a physical wander.
