HUH? It doesnt have the CI drawback, sadly, it should though. The same way they should make the BM gem more costly to bump the use of the keystone.

" More like the BM keystone still have a lot of issues. BM gem is fine as it is doubling your skill cost. Anymore increase in mana multiplier, and most melee builds will have their head fall off because high skill cost and attack speed, and Soul Taker will truly be the holy grail.
