I'm currently using the non-crit Barrage version that you can find on OP. And yes, I'm scaling poison.
Signal Fire is great, but is better with a different setup.

Barrage: I still suggest Split Arrow to begin with, Barrage is only if you can afford expensive gear!
Reach of the Council now less good than Death's Opus especially if crit. Now a legacy one is required, better if double legacy.
3 Volley fire!

With new tree and Drillneck nerf I got for non-crit Barrage:
+1 Volley Fire (2 => 3)
-9% life (considering 7% from jewel changed into Volley Fire)
-60 strenght
-1,8% life regen
-5% attack speed (jewel changed into Volley Fire)
-25% increased dmg (Drillneck nerf and changes to tree)
+9% movement speed

This hoping that Reach of the Council change isn't retroactive!

Updated stat and 2.6 non-crit tree.
We got nerfed a bit, but we gained 3rd Volley Fire.
7600 ==> 7300 life
18 => 16.7k Barrage tooltip

Could U post your complete gear/gem and passive tree set up in 1 post since over the years U changed soo much stuff than noobs like myself find it hard to follow. Greatly appreciated.

In opening post, under 2.6 Barragge tree you can find the passive tree I'm currently using.
Then my current gear is in section 2.6 Barrage gear.

Since I'm using Barrage (not viable as first character since expensive) my links are:
Barrage - Physical Proj - Poison - Slower Proj - Pierce - Faster Attack
Empower4 - Enlighten4 - Grace21 - Artic Armor (in gloves +1)
CWDT lv1 - Immortal Call lv3 - Vaal Haste - Inc Duration
Enhance - Lightning Golem - Blood Rage - Blink Arrow

lv96, finally

Played a bit around with Path of Building and I did some little change to the tree:
HP 7350 => 6750
effective dps (including poison) 514k => 640k

updated tree in OP

Got it to lv97!!!
Changed a bit tree to get 1 more Jewel and better double dipping poison with Proj damage.
