Trouble Launching PoE

Hi, apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this thread in.

I managed to install PoE but on trying to launch the game i'm greeted with two errors:




If needed, my system specs are as follows:

Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80 GHz
2.80 GHz 0.99 GB of RAM

That graphics card/onboard doesn't support shader model 2.0.

Also 1GB RAM and 2.8 GHZ single core on a Pentium 4. That's like 4 years old (or older)? You should buy a new PC.

The FAQ should be updated also. Section "14. What are the hardware requirements for Path of Exile?" isn't really helpful.

it's quite old, around 7 years actually. If those specs are nowhere near what it would take to run PoE, that's perfectly fine, but I don't have the means to buy a new computer at the moment.

Yeah you'll need something better.

Anything made in the last 4 years should be able to run it decently though.

If/when you do plan on buying something, check in and let us know the specs.

Just in case , go to intel and try to update your graphics controller and then go to microsoft and update directX.

i cant install it either!! I think my problem is that i need a new beta key or something >.>
