Yes you can, if you manage to get chosen for the closed beta, or join the open beta later. The servers are worldwide. In fact the current server is based in Texas. There are plans to open up extra servers for Europe and Oceania at some stage later on.

Got all excited about a good looking game developed out of NZ - hoping they might actually have the server based in Oceania. More US servers and nasty pings, I am dissapoint. Still a sick looking game though.
