eternal laboratory

so i just killed vaal on merciless, went to act 3 town, then ported back to act 2 and talked to eramir. but i still dont have a tab with the eternal laboratory on my waypoints...what am i doing wrong? :(

Eternal laboratory is in act 3. You should have read it in the patch note.

well where is it in act 3? when do i discover it? i only have town and the very beginning area of act 3 right now.
