How To knock off boss in pyramid ?

hi
just curious how can i kill the dude in the top of the pyramid in act 2 i am playing as a witch level 29 ran out of teleport scrolls :) i am using fireball and frost wave kills me in 2 shots keep leveling myself up some more is my guess ? regards john |

In general, it's a great idea to not get hit.
-His slam should never be an issue. It can actually be useful if you have high cast- and movespeed; just bait him into using it and use the slow animation to get a few hits in. -When he is going to fire lightning beams, just strafe it. If you're moving from one side to the other, it won't hit you. -The rocks are a little trickier, but before the hit lands, there are small rocks that rain down. If you can survive 1 rock, they're not an issue though. It's rather uncommon you'll get hit twice when standing still. -Don't stand on the ground ice, unless you like getting lasered. :P On Normal difficulty, simply getting maxed Lightning resist is enough to survive one hit of the laser, and the rocks don't hit particularly hard yet. | |

I appreciate the advice, but even having figured all these out I still die infinite times without doing appreciable damage to him as a witch. Resist to elemental damage is a real nut twister on this guy.
