It's completely random it selects from a list of people and people who have been here longer and have more posts get more chance however there is a really slight chance that someone who just joined gets in insta.
It's just kind of redicilous imo. But it's a random computer generator. | |

Yeah I've also noticed that many people who get chosen by the timer have no forum posts at all so I guess they just have great luck.

5 or 6 out of 10 people win in lottery have no post or "just join" and "last visit" at the same day....its kinda sucks =.= .. but there was a saying patience is a virtue but waiting to long and do nothing about it is stupid haha <.<
