Are there any nodes, or items that support summon sceptre in terms of raising more than 1 sceptre?

Yeah there is a +1 to spectres in the tree I think that is all there is though, would probably be OP to have more than that.

Yep, just at the top of the tree. 12 o' clock between hex master and minion instability. Its a notable passive (gold ring) in a circle of 6 minion passives (black shadow over blue background).

I have the Queens decree and the bones of ullr and I can say that 4 specters is really damn op =P.
