Login problem

Hello,

I'm having an log in issue. I didn't play about 4-5 months and I returned for a new expansion to find a notice that my account has been logged in from another destination and code was requested. Since in a mean time my e-mail account has been tempered with (haxed) I do not have any way to change my e-mail nor confirm code needed, so please can I get some help with this situation?
