Battle Rouse (assuming it makes it into the game)

Battle Rouse is on the new passive tree planned for the Forsaken Masters expansion, and I'm hoping it stays because it will help with Mind over Matter/Cloak of Defiance using characters.

What happens to the 3% damage? Do I still get dmg?

You take damage but recover mana based on the total damage you take. Which for MOM builds is a straight 3% damage reuduction.

I assume you get mana before losing HP and Mana from (MOM or COD) making gained mana useless when you have top mana? GGG confirm?
