Honestly in my opinion the only strength of the node is 10% attack speed.

You'll get more attack speed by using bloodrage and having a few frenzy charges.

It's 4 points for 25% attack speed and 12% phys and a random unreliable passive.

Now if it was '25% chance to gain a random charge on hit,' it would be really OP and I would totally take it.

I've played dual claw for a long time, and this node is not attractive to me at all.
