Spectral throw buzzsaw effect

I'm surprised I haven't seen this mentioned before, but I think a spectral throw effect that launches a spinning saw blade would be cool. I know there's the golden seraph spectral throw, which is pretty neat and close to that effect... but it's not QUITE a saw blade though. And for characters who want a darker effect to their character, it doesn't seem quite fitting that they're throwing golden angel wings. A rusty, bloody, serrated disc, on the other hand, or perhaps a gleaming chakram effect, might be a good choice to have available to players.
