I feel like im doing pretty low damage and im not sure about my passive tree, if you could give me some hints i'd be great - i'm playing on the Hardcore league!

If you really want to max the damage of Ele buzzsaw you need 20/20q gems.
LMP, Faster Attacks and spectral throw each gives a bonus 10% Attack Speed on 20q. The level of your auras is extremly important since is your main soucer of damage. |
