Yes, this build has one of the highest critical hit chances because it utilizes critical hit nodes from two sides of the tree! This is why I picked scion class - so It can utilize top tier nodes.

Let's start with the basics.

This build is CHEAP. You can look up item prices on POE XYZ (search in google). All you need is a 4L Voll's Protector, Maligaro's Gloves, Rats Nest helmet, and a high crit chance dagger.

For your 4L - link the following gems: Cyclone, Cast on Critical Hit, Discharge, and Life Leech.

It's an 82 point tree!

Yes, you can easily get all of these important nodes by level 70, which doesn't take long at all to reach. (Assuming you know how to level up efficiently)
