any suggestions for the new content updates full respec on the passive tree?

Right, as you told us ingame that your ES was enough, I've decided to not add/delete defensive nodes, just changed the cast speed nodes to spell damage nodes at the start of the Witch and Shadow, as those are very efficient compared to the 2% cast speed nodes you took. Furthermore, I'd take the mana regeneration nodes and swap mana leech for an offensive support. Alternatively, you could place your Arc + Spell Echo + Lightning Pen + Lifeleech in your Vertex, as + gem levels helps Arc a lot. If you get a Lightning Doryani's you can even swap out lifeleech for Empower.
