Lightning Effect Degradation

This is how lightning effects look from a fresh launch:



After 30mins-1h of play all lightning skills / effects / mtx degrade to this state.



Any update on when this might get fixed? Have you guys managed to hire on a new graphics programmer yet--I think that was the hold up on getting this fixed? It sucks that some of the most expensive mtxs like the lightning scorpion and eternal weapon effect have lightning in it because they look really bad after being logged in for a short period of time!
