Pillar of the Caged God Build Question

I'm seeking for discussion/tips/advice ^^
Was wondering if it is a viable option to run the build along with crit to heavily boost the dps by taking advantage of these two uniques *probably going for heavy strike as primary skill.
I need help with some gear selection, and especially the passive tree to gain optimum benefits to the +16% phys per 10STR.
