LA/EH marauder ranger help

this is my tree and currently in act 2 merciless. still struggling with resistance and survivability. any recommendations on what nodes to hit? currently heading for Celestial walker and maybe elemental adaptation. my gear hardly has resist on it (using tabula), could that be my problem? Ive only been playing for about 2 weeks so im still trying to learn the ropes. any info would be very helpful!!! thanks!
