Scion Stunning Vaal Tanky DPS

With this build I can do hard level 72 maps at level 66. While some level 80s have issues. For this very tanky dps build, it's important to get the "Sentinel" node and "Vaal Pact" nodes asap. Then, split points between defensive nodes and attack nodes as you build along the path. Do not focus on attack nodes only at low levels, or getting into merciless will be hard. This build relies on a fast stun recovery from "Stun Mastery" node. I suggest getting that early so when you flicker splash with stun, you cause monsters to reel, and you have a fast stun recovery when they stun you. Building cast when stunned chains works great with this build, especially building in vaal gem cast when stunned for skeletons or other fun spells. The cast when stunned molten shell+ decoy totem is essential to help maintain the defensive / tanky nature of the build.

In this build, I'm using the following gear:

helmet - abyssus (enduring cry, immortal call)
armor - daresso's defiance (multistrike, dual strike, melee damage, splash)
gloves - slitherpinch (stun, splash, life leech, flicker)
boots - lioneye's paws (cast when damage taken, cast when stunned, molten shell, decoy totem)
rings - dream fragments to avoid being frozen
belt - meginord's girdle to offset the carnage heart
necklace - carnage heart for higher instant leech percentage
weapons - prismatic eclipse with green socket rolls for global attack speed increase of 72%
alternate weapons - prismatic eclipse with two green and one blue for mana leech on both weapons
