help with ci build using shavrones please

i am definetelty NOT rmt. i just grind and grind. i found the coe and the binos

With those items you have, you can either go crit Molten Strike which can get some absurd numbers, or just low-life spectral which can clear essentially all content in the game.

i am going the spectral throw route
