New mouseover effect on the main buttons (website) ?

Not sure if it's the right place to ask.
Did you add a new mouseover effect on the buttons (HOME, GAME, MEDIA, FORUM, EVENTS, SHOP) that wasn't there before, or have I been blind all this time ?

Also, is it normal that it is inconsistent ? Some go up, others down.
