I misunderstood the Bandit Undo Recipe, I'm sorry! Any undo?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I originally had the +1 skill point bandit quest with Eramir. I was hoping to redo my bandits to Alira for the +1 power charge. Since the recipe uses regret orbs, I stupidly assumed that I needed the Eramir recipe. I should have read more closely so I understand if this goes without answer. I was just hoping to possibly reverse the recipe or at least remove the book from my pack. I'd rather not a 20 regret mistake cost me 60 regrets that I don't even have at the moment. Unfortunately for you the regrets are lost and can't be restored, the book you currently have can only be disposed of by either using it OR going out of down and dropping it on the ground and leaving it there
