DPS on character and POE Builder is not the same

I have checked all the details and repeatedly imported character data, and according POE Builder, should have about 9k dps, but my character got 7k. The dps difference only affects the skills that are affected by the cast speed. Any idea what could be the problem?

I'd think this is a problem with poe builder and nothing to do with the game.
It IS a third party site/tool and as such can be wrong or not updated properly.
