Movement Speed Build 3

The build utilizes multiple uniques with speed reductions and snapshotting mechanics to self curse with temporal chains.
Build Video Gear It's worth noting that the Queen of the Forest and the Lioneye's Remorse are both legacy versions with -4% and -6% innate movement speed penalties. The Shackles of the Wretched could be better if they were corrupted with +1 and had a level 4 enhance. Could technically force out another 11% less speed out of the temporal chains with perfectly corrupted everything.  This is actually animated. 15% Effective speed, further cut by 57% from temp chains, further cut by 30% from cyclone for an effective 4.5% movement speed. | |

Funny build. Lol that you took the effort to make this. Doesn't seem very practical with all the desynching though =)
