rf + low life help need

Hi I'm trying to figure out how much regen I need for a low life rf build.
I have 5288 es and 995 life. I'll be using rotp with a lvl 21 purity of fire gem with empower in a +1 gem item.

I have inner force and 70 Inc arua.

How much minimum regen fo I need

Do the math yourself. You have all the variables already.

You burn for 70% of es and 90% of life, add that damage together and then reduce that number based on your max fire resist. that will tell you how much regent you need...

Just for information if you don't know it. Inner force cause RF to burn you for more dmg.

Ok is this right 3701 (es)+895 (life)=4596 reduced by 96% = 169.2 + 21% from inc buffs = 220

I have 6% +3.5 from vitality buffed from aura and inner force = 9.5% regen of 5288= 502.3 - 220 = 280.3 life regen after rf.
