Help, getting back into PoE

So I had a custom spectral throw ranger build, and it didn't have the survivability needed. My passives have been reset and I'm a little lost on what I should do about getting back into the game.
I want to know a build that would be easy to use, cheap to acquire items for, and that will be easy for me to familiarize myself with the game again. Any input/help would be appreciated. |

If you want to continue with Spectral Throw then elemental busszaw is a build of choice. It's a scion start but the tree is very easy to adapt.

When two witches watch two watches, which witch watches which watch? If the witches watching watches watch the same watch while you watch which witch watches which watch, they switch watches; then, the watch switching witches watch which watch you watch.
