Theorycraft - Burning shield Dis-charge

Hello all i hope that you having a nice day :), today i wanted to do a shield charge build that uses self cast discharge to ignite the enemys and have ele prolif also they get stunned and with all the endurace charge and the point that give you life regen per endurace charge you get good life regen.It can use RF too but i will not use it
