Anything that lessens physical damage helps. If you don't have a few things like that (charges, immortal call, granite flasks), I would probably just run or avoid that boss. Had one or two close calls due to stunlock in the ek, but no actual deaths. Simplest way to kill safely is probably to use enfeeble and sidestep whenever the ek-sequence starts and start dpsing. Because my tanky marauder cant yolo facetank her all day long (20k armor with flask up, surgeons flask, crit, so full uptime anyways).
