mana display flicker
  The mana display is constantly flicking between 700 and 701 making it unable to be read as it apears to the eye that there are 2 numbers overlayed on top of each other This thread has been automatically archived. Replies are disabled.

This is normal behaviour, you're losing mana and regenerating mana at the same time. Some attempts were made to mitigate the flicker in the past, unsure how that worked out though.
