Your Path of Exile account has been locked because someone attempted to log in

I have not played this game for about 4 months and I just got on today to see this, but when I go to my email it's telling me the location where someone tried to long in was where I live. Is this just some bug? Also I have all my items and stash stuff, One other thing why do I have these remove only tabs in my stash?

Nothing to worry about... it's pretty normal I used to get it everyday because of my dynamic IP. If your IP changed or you had a clean install of your windows (or a new PC) you should get it. As for the stash they are probably because you have played on one of the 4 month leagues when they end the characters get moved to standart/hardcore and you get those remove only tabs with the items from the stash of the 4 month leagues
